Are you called to lead a vibrant, community-focused church with a heart for mission, discipleship, and prayer?
St. Andrew's, Paddock Wood, is a thriving Anglican and Methodist Local Ecumenical Partnership. We are seeking a Vicar who will embrace our collaborative style of ministry and help us grow in faith, service, and outreach—especially among young people.

- Rapidly expanding town with many new homes, reflected in an increasingly diverse congregation
- Modern church complex serving as valued community hub with excellent facilities
- Strong relationship with Kent Chinese Christian Church who worship in our building
- Earmarked for specific funding as part of the Diocesan Vision and Strategy, with significant grant funding from 2027
We seek someone who:
- Has a heart for mission and will shape our vision for outreach with our additional resourcing in conjunction with the diocese
- Embraces collaborative leadership within our LEP structure
- Has a heart for pastoral care and community engagement
- Enjoys variety in worship styles from traditional to Messy Church
- Can nurture individual ministries and enable others to flourish
We offer:
- Well-resourced ministry team including Methodist Minister (one day per week), full-time Children & Families Worker, and four Licensed Lay Ministers
