The Diocesan Communications team wants to support and inform members of the diocesan-family in the most useful and accessible ways possible.
With the demands of work, ministry, and service within the Church changing, and new technologies and communication channels developing, being able to find and access what you need and when is more important than ever.
A survey has been launched to gather the views of all those who work, minister, and serve within the diocese, to help shape future diocesan communications.
It should take no more than 15 to 20 minutes, and will help the team understand better:
- What information people need
- Where they go to find it
- How well the journey to accessing information is working
- What might be improved
Jennifer Ross, Head of Communications for the Diocese of Rochester says,
“By listening, we want to ensure that what we do in Communications, and the way we do it, helps everyone flourish in their work and ministry - so your view matters.”
The survey will remain open until Wednesday 16 September
