Poverty & Hope Appeal - New 2008 Campaign Launched

The Poverty and Hope Appeal aims to eradicate Poverty by supporting long term national and international projects.

Click here to find out about some of the projects we are supporting:
Kent and the Wider World
Anglicans in World Mission - Training Nurses in Bangladesh
SOS Children's Village, Bethlehem - Music for Children
Christian Aid - Stopping Bullets in Guatemala, Preserving forests in Haiti and
Learning something new in Tajikistan
CMS - Breaking down barriers

Bishop Brian writes: “The projects supported by the Poverty and Hope appeal this year take us through the stages of life, from infancy to old age. From babies being delivered safely in Bangladesh to older women learning something new in Tajikistan, we are working to bring hope and new life for many. Your support for this appeal declares your hope that there remains good news for the poor."
