Initial Ministerial Education (IME 4-7) for curates in the Diocese of Rochester is run jointly with Diocese of Canterbury and is abbreviated to Kent Initial Ministerial Education Years 4 to 7 (KIME 4-7). KIME is validated through Canterbury Christ Church University and most curates are working towards a degree, a post-graduate diploma or an MA.
