Poverty & Hope Appeal – 2012 Campaign
The Poverty and Hope Appeal aims to eradicate Poverty by supporting long term national and international projects.
As a result of our 2011 Appeal we are able to give away £30,000 through the following agencies for the relief of poverty: Christian Aid for work in Cambodia, India and Afghanistan; USPG –Anglicans in World Mission for its health work in Myanmar; CMS for its work among street children in Brazil; Bible Lands for its work in rural villages in Egypt and Commonwork for its educational work in exploring global challenges.
Over the last 7 years the Appeal has raised and given away just under £300,000. Thank you for your continuing support
